Dr Manny Noakes and Dr Peter Clifton are the authors of The CSIRO TOTAL WELLBEING DIET BOOKS 1. & 2. Dr Manny Noakes is the stream leader for the Substantiation of Health Benefits of Integrated Lifestyle Programs at CSIRO Health Sciences and Nutrition. She is also involved in the National Heart Foundation's Tick program and the National Centre of Excellence for Functional Foods (NCEFF).
Dr Peter Clifton is research director for nutrition, obesity and related conditions at CSIRO Health Sciences and Nutrition. He is also associate professor of medicine at the University of Adelaide and practises as an endocrinologist at the Royal Adelaide Hospital and the Flinders Medical Centre.
