From AudioFile:

The story of Max, Victor Maximillian St. George, the youngest of the hedgehog family residing at Number 5A, will delight young listeners and any nearby parents. Max sets out to investigate "road safety for hedgehogs." Nigel Anthony leads us through his adventures and characterizes the hedgehog family with great humor and kindness--an endearing aspect of King-Smith stories. This is a perfect introduction for young, would-be audiophiles--the story simple, the voices easy to recognize. Anthony adds the right touches and keeps the pace perfect. Except for the defining of "lorry," children should sail through this and ask for a rerun. R.F.W. (c)AudioFile, Portland, Maine
