About the Author:

Keith Floyd was born in 1943 and educated at Wellington School, Somerset. Since then, he has devoted his life to cooking food except for a few brief and fatal excursions into the army, antiques and wine trades. Following a chance meeting with a TV producer, he has now presented nine highly successful television cookery series and written several bestselling books, including Floyd on Spain and Floyd on Italy.
