Ef yw golygydd ymgynghorol a chyd-olygydd Y Gwyddoniadur Cymreig/The Encyclopaedia of Wales. Yn 1997, ef oedd y prif siaradwr yng nghyfarfod sefydlu y North American Association for the Study of Welsh History and Culture.
