For two- or four-year undergraduate degree programs offering courses in Wills, Trusts, and Estates; also for courses in Estate Taxation offered by business, accounting, and finance departments.
Specifically designed for paralegal students with differing objectives and varying levels of sophistication in the discipline―and recognizing that legal assisting programs vary widely in methodology. This interesting and highly understandable text helps readers learn the law as it concerns wills, trusts, and estates, and gives them a practical background that will assist them in the real world. Employing many forms and models throughout to help clarify concepts (with clear explanations of their use), it is keenly receptive to the needs of students as it presents a reading level simple enough for beginning students, but challenging enough for advanced students. It provides instructors self-contained chapters that are easily adaptable to suit many types of programs.
