Holly Stiel is a trailblazing service philosopher who innovated a method of training based on the practices and principles of the world-class concierge. Her clients include: Disney, Nordstrom, AVEDA, American Express, Auberge Resorts, Singapore Airlines, Hilton and Hyatt hotels.
