Shelley Gaskin, Series Editor for the GO! Series, is a professor of business and computer technology at Pasadena City College in Pasadena, California. She holds a master's degree in business education from Northern Illinois University and a doctorate in adult and community education from Ball State University. Dr. Gaskin has 15 years of experience in the computer industry with several Fortune 500 companies and has developed and written training materials for custom systems applications in both the public and private sector. She is also the author of books on Microsoft Outlook and word processing.
"Rich McMahon" is a full-time lecturer in the Finance, Accounting, and Computer Information Systems Department at the University of Houston - Downtown Campus in Houston, Texas. There he teaches introductory and advanced data communications and networking, systems analysis, information security management, management information systems, business cornerstone, and introductory and advanced computer applications courses. Rich is also an independent consultant for companies in the Houston area and a partner in the M&N Technology Training Center, Inc. that recently opened in Houston, Texas. Rich's current certifications are: Microsoft: MCT, MCSE, MCP, and MCP+I; Novell: CNI, CNE, and CNA; and COMPTIA: CTT+.
