About the authors

Janice Berger, M.Ed., is an experienced psychotherapist and lecturer who has produced many workshops on emotional health issues. She has hosted two popular cable television specials, Open Hearts and Keys for Emotional Well-Being. A popular public speaker, she has been a guest expert on the CBC and interviewed in the Toronto Sun and the Globe and Mail. She believes strongly in the personal power we all possess to heal ourselves emotionally and to live our lives authentically with integrity. She is in private practice through her company, Janice Berger & Associates, and lives near Toronto.

Harry Hall is a long-time colleague and friend of Janice Berger. A former Special Education department head, Harry brings to this book years of personal experience as a psychotherapist and educator.
