Dr. Nawy has published more than 170 papers in numerous technical journals worldwide. He is also the author of several books: Prestressed Concrete―A Fundamental Approach, Fourth Edition (Prentice Hall, 2003), Fundamentals of High Performance Concrete, Second Edition (John Wiley & Sons, 2000), and Concrete Construction Engineering Handbook (CRC Press, 1998). He has been the recipient of several major awards, including the Henry L.
