For the first time the PSA and the National Schedule of Rates have joined forces to produce the most comprehensive and authoritative Schedule available for landscape management. Over 3500 rates are listed (compared to just 403 in the previous PSA Schedule: "Grounds Maintenance"). All aspects of grounds maintenance and landscape management are covered including: sports areas, soft and hard landscaping, playgrounds, street furniture, fencing, drainage, trees and shrubs, cemetery work, watering, clearance, turfing, etc. The schedule contains its own work specifications and measurement rules.
