This report is part of the National Diet and Nutrition Survey (NDNS) programme which aims to provide a comprehensive cross-sectional picture of the dietary habits and the nutritional status of the British population.
The reports present a summary of the findings from a survey of the diets and nutritional status of adults aged 19 to 64 living in private households in Great Britain, carried out between July 2000 and June 2001.
