This spellbinding thriller centers around a top-secret research camp in northern Siberia. The center's director sends for the only man who can safely preserve a Russian discovery for the benefit of mankind rather than allow it to be put to evil purposes. Bikel superbly meets the challenge of narrating dialogue in diverse accents. He captures the listener's imagination with his every word. As Bikel makes the scenes and characters vivid, the listener anxiously anticipates the outcome of each escapade. B.J.P. (c)AudioFile, Portland, Maine
