Thank you to everybody who has purchased the first edition and the overwhelmingly positive and encouraging feedback I have received. Sadly the first edition has now sold out and the book is now out of print as the publishers decided not to produce a second edition. I am trying to find a publisher who will reprint the book and make it available once again. In the meantime I have started on a second book, this time much more about personal distress, but as yet have no idea when that will be finished or who will publish it. Thanks again for all your support.About the Author:
