We all want our children to enjoy a varied and healthy diet, but often the dinner table can turn into a frustrating battleground. In this book you will discover how to overcome fussy eating without stress and encourage your child to explore new foods. Author and expert Dr Catherine Dendy guides you step-by-step through her programme, which includes a gradual desensitization process and allows children to have fun with food through play. The programme is designed to take the worry out of mealtimes and encourage the whole family to look forward to experimenting with food.
