The video section of the CD-ROM illustrates small group discussion, interviewing, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills in 6 five-minute scenarios. Video icons throughout the text guide students to CD-ROM.
CD-ROM icon. As students read the text, specially marked icons in the margins guide them to the CD-ROM.
New Chapter. Chapter 8 "Communicating at Work" discusses interviewing and business presentations, which helps students prepare for their work experiences.
