Mary Anne Jackson, MD is a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine and Chief, Section of Pediatric Infectious Disease at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri.

Sara S. Viessman, MD, is most recently Associate Dean for Medical Education at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Penn State College of Medicine, Allentown, Pennsylvania. Prior to that, she was a Pediatric Residency Program Director and Associate Professor University of Missouri-Columbia School of Medicine Columbia, Missouri for a decade.
