About the Author:
Peter Navarro, Ph.D. (Irvine, CA) received his Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University and is an associate professor of economics and public policy at the Graduate School of Management, University of California-Irvine. Dr. Navarros work has appeared in publications including Harvard Business Review, BusinessWeek, The Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post.
