Born in the Essex countryside Jimmy Doherty has always had a passion for farming and the outdoors. He started his career as an entomologist at Molehall Wildlife Park and the Natural History Museum but gave it all up to pursue his dream of farming in 2003, rearing rare breed pedigree pigs in Suffolk. The business has continued to grow and expand and Jimmy is still happily farming in Suffolk. This is his third book.
