What makes English girls the coolest in the world? What is the English style which girls around the world try to emulate? About the Author
Luella Bartley lives in Cornwall with her husband, photographer David Sims, and their three children. After studying at Central St Martin's she worked as a fashion journalist. In 1999, she launched her label Luella with a show at a friend's flat, giving her first collection the title Daddy I Want a Pony. Her flagship store is in Brook Street, Mayfair.
