A follow-on from "The Big Book of Ch'I", this book introduces the reader to meditation and guides them through a range of different meditation practices. The book aligns itself with no particular religious doctrine, and offers a range of specific meditations and visualizations for the enhancement of both physical and spiritual well-being. The book includes: a general overview of meditation; preparing to meditate; meditations for motivation; meditations to cleanse; meditations for vitality; meditations to heal; the role of music and sound; and learning how to apply the fundamental principles of meditation, mindfulness and visualization to the promotion of health. It provides clear and practical exercises to reorient your mind towards a positive attitude and provides specific antidotes to specific problems.
