Sounds impossible, but according to Amanda Ursell following the diet and exercise regime in You Sexy Thing! will get you lithe and lovely for beach and bedroom in a little over a fortnight--and if anyone should know, Ursell should as she makes her living evangelising through newspapers and TV appearances about the benefits of healthy living and even healthier loving. And to be honest, if the illustration of the lovely Amanda on the back of the book doesn't give you inspiration then nothing will.

Whether you are looking for ways of reassuring yourself that you are sexy (apparently, believing it is being it--if only it were so easy), to learning how to eat all the right foods, calorie-controlled recipes, exercises to keep your bits and bobs from heading south, tips on choosing the clothing and make-up that will make the best of your assets and recommendations for a good few aphrodisiacs to help you get the most out of the new you, Ursell has all the answers.

To be fair, if you are an old hand at the diet game You Sexy Thing! won't come as any surprise to you: the diet programme is sensible and the exercises are standard fodder for this type of book.
