When Percy the Park Keeper emerges from his workshop after three whole days of banging and crashing and tap, tap, tapping, his friends are more than a little surprised when they see what he has been up to for all that time. Instead of the bird table or a park bench, he has built an amazing new lawn mower, consisting of a sofa for him to sit on and a fan to keep him cool when he is working. But what Percy has not realised is that his latest contraption can actually fly, and before long he is hovering way above the park with all his friends on board...
