One of only 50 copies of the "Contributor's edition." This copy signed and warmly inscribed by the editor on the limitation page to John Carson. Carson's artcle in this volume is entitled The Captain Who Wouldn't Stay Buried. It is about Emmett Crawford, a U.S. military officers who died while pursuing Apache renegades and was eventually exhumed twice.
