Ngangbam Phalguni Singh received his BE degree in ECE from Anna University.Presently he is pursuing ME VLSI Design in VelTech Multitech Dr.Rangarajan Dr.Sakunthala Engg college,Anna Univ.Chennai.Anjo C.A.,M.Tech VLSI design,is pursuing his Ph.D work in Nano-VLSI design at SRM University.He is currently working as Asst.Prof.in ECE dept in Veltech.
