About the Author:
Originally in sales and marketing for almost twenty five years, MaryAnn turned from the corporate life and has now been involved in working with people through her Heal You Life® classes. She pulls much from her own journey of leading a stressed out life to help them. She was certified to be a Heal Your Life® workshop teacher in March of 2011, and recently did her coursework to become a Stress Management Coach. MaryAnn is also a Reiki Master since September of 2011, and in 2012 decided to add more fun to her life by becoming a Zumba instructor! Besides teaching and writing, she finds many ways to relax in south Florida where she has been living for the past twenty years. Originally from New York, MaryAnn returns there often to visit friends and family, and to immerse herself in the wonderful high energy of the people and places there.
