About the Author:

ANOO VERGHIS was born in Kerala, grew up in Mumbai, lived in London, and now resides in New Jersey with her two daughters, husband, and dog. Her twenty-odd years of cooking and entertaining in different places have resulted in creating quick, healthy Kerala dishes that work equally well with Indian dishes, or can be integrated with dishes from other cuisines. She has worked as a journalist in India and England, and is currently writing childrens books.
