While every attempt will be made to give an accurate description, our aim is to please our customers, so we will accept any book back and give a full refund if it fails to meet expectations as to condition, provided that we are notified within seven days of delivery and that goods are returned to us within 14 days of notification, and in the condition they left us. Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing up to 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.For any book under 1kg in weight we use Royal Mail second class. If the book weights over 1KG we use a 3 -5 day courier. All books will be either wrapped in bubble wrap and then brown paper or be mailed in a padded jiffy bag depended upon size. For non European purchases, prority will always be sent airmail or carrier and standard will be sent International signed for surface mail. We always get proof of posting and will forward a copy of this if required.
