Customer Service Representative UK

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic person who shares our enthusiasm. You need to have the ability to work as part of a team and not be afraid to take up a challenge in an international environment.

The job is located in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Provide qualified and efficient customer support for buyers and sellers by email and telephone
• Investigate, document, and resolve customer issues related to account management, web site functionality, technical or business issues
• Support our technical team in the areas of file uploads, conversions and other technical escalations
• Continuously improve the customer experience and build and maintain customer satisfaction
• Support updates of help pages and Customer Service documentation

Qualifications

• English as a mother tongue with a profound command of the language (grammar, spelling, style etc)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Troubleshooting and problem solving attitude
• Effective time management and the ability to prioritize tasks for maximum productivity
• Experienced in PC / MS Office handling
• Very good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce
• Open minded with a "hands-on“ attitude
• Work experience in the field of customer service

Customer Relationship Intern UK

Would you like to spend a few months working in a dynamic, international internet company? If you have the right skills we have opportunities for you! We are looking for dedicated and energetic people who share our enthusiasm. You need to have the ability to work as part of a team and are not afraid to take up a challenge in an international environment.

During your internship, you will be working on specific tasks and projects for our UK market, especially in the fields of Customer Service, Customer Relationship and Market Research. The position is located in Düsseldorf, Germany (3-6 months internship).

Responsibilities:

• Answering customers' inquiries via email through our web-based CRM software
• Creating and updating help content
• Doing research and competitor analysis for the UK market
• Assisting in Customer Satisfaction measures
• Administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Profound command of the English language (grammar, spelling, style etc.), native speakers preferred
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Experienced with computer and MS Office
• Good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce

• Very good knowledge of the English language is essential, advanced level in German favourable
• Very good analytical, communication and organizational skills
• Experienced in PC / MS Office handling, knowledge in HTML favourable
• Good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce
• A solid interest in books
• Open minded with a "hands-on" attitude
