Customer Relationship Intern UK

The position (located in Düsseldorf, Germany) is available from February 2012 for 6 months or longer.

What will be your responsibilities?

During your internship, you will be working on specific tasks and projects for our UK market, especially in the fields of Customer Service, Customer Relationship, Market Research and Sales & Account Management.

  • Answering customers' inquiries via email through our web-based CRM software
  • Creating and updating help content
  • Conducting research and competitor analysis for the UK market
  • Assisting in Customer Satisfaction measures
  • Supporting Seller acquisition campaigns and account management
  • Administrative tasks

What are we looking for?

  • Student about to graduate or graduated within the last year
  • Profound command of the English language on a native speaker level
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Experienced with computer and MS Office
  • Very good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce
  • Open minded with a "hands-on" attitude
