Customer Relationship Intern UK

Would you like to spend a few months working in an international internet company? If you have the right skills we have opportunities for you! We are looking for dedicated and energetic people who share our enthusiasm. You need to have the ability to work as part of a team and not be afraid to take up a challenge in an international environment.

During your internship, you will be working on specific tasks and projects for our UK market, especially in the fields of Customer Service, Customer Relationship and Market Research.

The position is located in Düsseldorf, Germany. It is available from mid-November 2009 for 4 to 6 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering customers' inquiries via email through our web-based CRM software
  • Creating and updating help content
  • Doing research and competitor analysis for the UK market
  • Assisting in Customer Satisfaction measures
  • Administrative tasks


Qualifications:

  • Profound command of the English language (grammar, spelling, style etc.), native speaker required
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Experience with computer and MS Office
  • Good knowledge of the Internet and e-commerce
  • Open minded with a "hands-on" attitude
