You can return a product within 14 days of the date on which you received it and we will
refund you any money which you have paid us for that product. The product needs to be in
an ‘as new/as sent’ condition and complete with all packaging. All you pay for is the return
postage of the goods.

Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
All items are sent via Royal Mail, either first class recorded (priority), second class recorded (standard) or special delivery (insured valuable books). A signature is usually required on delivery.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail international signed for service if you select priority service - highly recommended. Tracking and a signature of delivery is included.
Standard international is sent via Royal Mail Airmail and does not include tracking.
