Our search for the latest and greatest modern cookbooks started with the James Beard Foundation, a pillar in the gastronomical community that recognizes culinary professionals for excellence and achievement in their fields, with specific award categories for cookbooks. Many of the featured books and their authors are JBF nominees and winners. We've also selected the latest works from celebrity chefs and cookbooks that are generating a lot of buzz in the foodie world for their fresh and innovative approaches.
