There is cracks to guttering with exposed netting and binding is loose. Boards have visible rubbing and heavier bumping to corners. Fair crushing to spine ends and noticeable rubbing to spine.

Foxing more noticeable towards the start and end of the book. Frontispiece's tissue guard is detached but present. Bookseller's sticker to front pastedown. Boards have some moderate edge wear, with slight bumping to corners and minor bumping to spine ends. Boards a little rubbed and marked overall. Gilt is bright.
