Condition: Good. Most items will be dispatched the same or the next working day. Ex-library with stamps and stickers. Textured boards are solid but displaying signs of some 100 years of wear. Leather bound spine also in similar condition, holding strong but showing its age with a slight tear to the top. None of this should detract from the quality inside and of the subject matter. Pages are well bound and clean throughout with only a light tan. Full of historical drawings of places that probably no longer exist. A nice piece of London history.
