Missing piece at the bottom of the spine where the publishers name is. Inside bottom front flap is clipped. Corners are bumped and the spine in a couple of small places. Hinges are okay. Pages look white and are unmarked. Many black and white photos to go with the text.

Light wear/small creases to spine-ends, very small frays to corners, light blanching to lower edges, blotching to opening edges of end-papers which have maps printed to them. Slight foxing to page-edges which just shows to a few margins. Very attractive b/w/sepia toned photos. Text is very clean & sound & in nice condition.
