Book is of quality construction and does not bear much evidence of use. May have been issued without a dust jacket. The author (1875 - 1955) was a Master Mason who became president of the San Francisco Builders Exchange and Commissioner of the Board of Public Works. He was a member of the original committee to initiate the establishment of the Shriners Hospitals for Crippled Children and was the primary force in the construction and operation of the San Francisco Shriners Hospital. 32 pages.
