The Navy League existed to promote the Royal Navy as a vital defence for Britain and its Empire trade, and lobbied for increased spending on the Navy. Covers have age marks, rubbing and large creases, losses and rubbing to edges; ink name to front cover, 1908. Binding slack with cracks and tears to hinges, one gathering detached (present), but pages generally clean. Pictures available.
