We welcome all inquiries and pride ourselves in our prompt customer service. Halper's is open every day from 09:00 to 19:00, Sunday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays, and close at 15:00 on Fridays. We welcome browsers, and are located in downtown Tel Aviv's commercial/financial district.
