All books returnable for any reason within 7 days of receipt. Please call or email before returning. Sales to Florida addresses will be charged sales tax unless a current resale certificate is furnished. Will dropship using buyer's address upon request. Will invoice libraries on request. Shipping Terms:
We use the USPS Delivery Confirmation Option to track our mailings. First book (volume of a set) is sent via Media Mail (when possible) at $4.00 and each subsequent book/volume is $1.50. Expedited shipping at buyer option and extra cost. Insurance is extra and paid for by the buyer. Overseas buyers (those outside the contiguous 48 states)accept responsibilty for non-delivery and/or loss. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Email notification to buyer sent when book has been shipped. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know additional shipping funds are required.
