Shipping Terms: Shipping via USPS unless otherwise requested. US Rates: First book bookrate, $4.95, priority $6.95. Second priority book $4.00. Each additional book $1.95. All other orders postage quoted to customer.
Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
Orders shipped outside the US will be sent Global Priority at $13.95, or $16.95 to Australia/New Zealand, provided that the order fits in a Global Priority flat rate envelope (which is 12" x 9 ½" and will accommodate most books) and your location is served by US Global Priority.
