We are full-time booksellers, with a traditonal shop in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire. You can find all the details at our website, shown at the bottom of this page. If you're travelling to the shop and want to inspect a book you've seen online please contact us beforehand, as our internet stock is stored separately.

Bookstore Terms
If a book is not as described by us, let us know immediately. You will then be
able to return it for a full refund including your postage costs.
Additionally, if you decide you just don't want the book, but there's nothing
wrong with it, tell us straight away. If a return is agreed, it will be at your
expense but we will refund the full purchase price provided we get the book back
in the same condition as when it left us.
Shipping Terms:
Orders are usually shipped within one business day. All the books listed for sale are our property and are available for immediate dispatch. We update our online inventory daily, but there may be occasions when a book you have ordered has only just been sold to someone else, perhaps on another website.
Shipping costs are based on parcels weighing 1kg. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
We don't cut corners with packaging: each book is sent out with sufficient protection to ensure it reaches you dry and undamaged. We use Royal Mail or tracked courier services.
