Very Good condition spiral-bound book. Rare and rambling collection of amusing and interesting anecdotes by cowboy "Sage" Cornett about life in California's Simi Valley during the late 19th century and early 20th century. It includes many photographs, most of which have a hand-written caption below the printed caption, providing corrections and additional information. A wonderful item for the collector of cowboy memorabilia. This copy is in great condition with just a little wear to edges of covers and a few faint spots on same. The interior has just a few faint fingerprints or smudges, but is mostly clean and with very little wear. We will pack it in bubble-wrap and ship it in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery.
