Orders must be pre-paid. Books will not be shipped without
appropriate postage of $5.00 for the first volume and $4.00 for
each additional volume to a maximum of $25.00. All domestic orders will ship USPS Priority Mail unless the cost is over postage & handling charges at which point it will be shipped USPS Media Mail. Likewise, all international orders will be shipped USPS Global Priority or Air Mail depending on size and weight of book.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
