2. ABE's shipping costs shown are basedon the standard of 'books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG'. However, I cost the postage for each order and inform you of any varience (+ or -)thereby ensuring you pay the minimum amount necessary.
4. Surface mail takes a lot longer than that stated by ABE. Therefore I will not consider a book missng until at least 12 weeks after posting.
