All orders are shipped by the U.S. Postal Service. ****DOMESTIC**** Delivery Confirmation always included. Buyers are offered a choice of two rates - the lower being Media Mail and the higher Priority Mail. The Priority Mail default amount is based on use of a Flat Rate Box. I will reduce the this charge (prior to your payment being processed) if your book can be shipped cheaper in a different box or can be safely packed in a Flat Rate Envelope. CALIFORNIA BUYERS WILL BE ASKED TO PAY 8.25% STATE SALES TAX (Orange County 8.75%). After order is first placed, I will instruct that AbeBooks request your authorization to increase the total charge by this amount. ****INTERNATIONAL**** Buyers are offered a choice of two default rates. The lower amount requires use of the Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope, which is appropriate only for smaller books. If this rate is selected but the book cannot be packed safely in the envelope, I will instruct that AbeBooks request your authorization to increase the total charge by any additional amount needed to ship via another method. The higher amount permits me to safely package average-size books (also film and television scripts) for shipment via First Class International (somewhat slower than Priority Mail). Many large-format books will not ship for this price, in which case I will instruct AbeBooks to request your authorization to charge a higher amount. Additional rates quoted upon request include insured Priority Mail and Express Mail. CUSTOMS DECLARATION: item will be identified as merchandise valued at the full purchase price (no exceptions).
