HB, spine is suede with rubbed edges and top is chipped, minor damp damage to bottom 1/8th of front and back of tan cloth cover, minor water ripples to about 20 pgs along the bottom edge, but no stuck pages or noticeable staining. A f.o. signature "Herman Davis, Dayton, Nev., July 1907" on the front pastedown. Very Good for age in None, as issued dust-jacket. Leather_bound.
