Now housed and protected in removeable transparent Mylar wrapper. Joyce said to a friend; ' I want to give a picture of Dublin so complete that if the city one day suddenly disappered from the earth it could be reconstructed out of my book'. Delaney was thus inspired to recreate Joyce's city of 1904. This Edition is increasingly uncommon in hardback with wrapper, and is of interest to reader, scholar and collector alike.
