About the Author:
Victor Kelleher was born in London; he lived in Africa for 20 years before moving to New Zealand where he began to write. He has lived in Australia since 1976 and has become an award-winning children's writer. Prizes include the Australian Children's Book of the Year Award and the Australian Science Fiction Achievement Award. Formerly an associate professor, Victor Kelleher now writes full-time.
