About the Author:

A. Roger Greenway is a Principal of RTP Environmental Associates and the author of more than 50 technical publications on environmental subjects. A frequent speaker at national and regional conferences on water and air quality, he has more than a quarter century of experience in environmental permitting, impact assessments, and consulting. He is a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) and a Certified Consulting Meteorologist (CCM). He is the Author of McGraw-Hill's Environmental Permitting Handbook, and How to Obtain Air Quality Permits. He lives in New Jersey and is past chairman of the Harding Township Environmental Commission where he works on numerous stormwater issues.
