About the Author:
Tony Horton is the creator of P90X, the bestselling fitness program in America. When he isnt taping a new infomercial for P90X distributor Beach Body, selling the program on QVC, or working out at the gym, Tony travels around the world to lead fitness classes for everyone from professional sports teams to members of congress to soldiers at military bases.
