The Year 3 Writing Frames provide eight large format Writing Frames and include all NLS non-fiction text types. They are designed to be used and reused in whole-class shared writing sessions, and are linked into Spotlight on Fact lesson plans.
Eight large format plastic-laminated writing frames are provided for shared writing and modelling by the teacher of the following non-fiction text types:
– recount
– non-chronological report
– explanation
– instructions
– persuasion
– discussion
– alphabetic
– authentic.
